Alan went with Abigail on a 2nd grade field trip to the fish hatchery in Hagerman last week. Abigail got to fish for the first time and loved it. We have decided maybe we need to do it as a family this summer. I just hate touching the worms and I hate how the fish are so jumpy after they come out of the water. (I like to wear gloves.) It is hard to believe that I grew up in a family of fishermen - never really liked it - it was too boring for me then but I think that I might actually enjoy it now. You never know.... I hated Sushi the first time I tried it but I LOVE it now!
