For a combined mutual activity the youth wanted to do a pinewood derby. (Especially the girls because according to them the guys get to do everything that is fun). It was just for fun and it was very interesting to see what designs everyone came up with. There was a hershey's candy bar, a bathtub, a snake, etc. Melissa made a limo complete with glitter and jewels.
Hannah's was a low-rider car with yellow wheels. She was painting it at the last minute. I appreciate Hannah's good attitude and being willing to do things that she really doesn't want to do!
Rachel's car was a hot dog. Pretty funny. It got third place overall.
